Problem Solving in Existing Buildings and Specifying for New Builds
Drainage smells due to lack of ventilation in plumbing systems are quite commonplace in existing buildings because of the way they are set up. They usually occur due to the poor design of drainage systems currently in place and the associated lack of ventilation, all in all amounting to bad smells and sewer gas problems.
